We maintain a rigorous training and safety certification program which requires the participation of every person within the organization. This program consists of classroom setting instruction, field training, computer assisted training, and manufacturer specific tool and equipment certification. In order to stay current in an ever-changing field, Kodiak Concepts works with professional organizations and material manufacturers to stay current with new products, specifications and application techniques. Additionally, managerial and select field employees hold certifications as EIFS Professionals (CEP) and EIFS mechanics (CEM) through the Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industry (AWCI).
