Our clients are owners, Architects, and General Contractors that demand the highest quality product possible. The knowledge, experience, and contacts of our President, Vice President, head estimator have been forged for a combined 50+ years in the lath and plaster trade. This experience has given Kodiak Concepts, Inc. a network of professionals to work together with, and to learn from on a daily basis. Kodiak Concepts, Inc. is using the most up to date products and techniques.

Safety

Kodiak Concepts strives to maintain a safe work environment for all of its employees. We maintain a rigorous training and safety certification program which requires the participation of every person within the organization. This program consists of classroom setting instruction, field training, computer assisted training, and manufacturer specific tool and equipment certification. A brief list of training topics/certifications include:

  • OSHA 10 hour construction course
  • OSHA 30 hour construction course
  • Scaffold erection/dismantling/user training
  • HAZCOM/GHS
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Respiratory protection
  • Fall protection
  • Forklift/aerial work platform licensing
  • First aid/CPR/AED

Certifications

In order to stay current in an ever-changing field, Kodiak Concepts works with professional organizations and material manufacturers to stay current with new products, specifications and application techniques. Additionally, managerial and select field employees hold certifications as EIFS Professionals (CEP) and EIFS mechanics (CEM) through the Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industry (AWCI).
